Dr.Jay, as his patients know him, is an experienced Dentist, a member of the Canadian Dental Association, Newfoundland and Labrador Dental Association, and Sri Lanka Medical Council, with a demonstrated history of working in the dental industry, both in Sri Lanka and Canada. He graduated from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, in 1996 and has served as a dentist attached to the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka. Having lived in Ajax, ON, for nearly 8 years, he moved to Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, in 2017 and worked as a dentist till he moved full-time to St. John’s in 2023. He lives in Torbay, NL, with his wife, three sons, and his three dogs.

Manoma Jayasinghe is a member of CPNNL and a Licensed practical nurse who worked for the past three years in the Labrador Health Centre. She has worked for more than five years in Nutrition and food services at Ontario Shores Center for Mental Health Sciences before she moved to Labrador. Then, she graduated from the College of North Atlantic, completing her Nursing Diploma and passing the National Examination to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. Also, she has completed a basic computer science Diploma in NAITA, back in Sri Lanka. Manoma is very passionate about customer care and always enjoys helping people.

Bonnie is originally from Paradise, NL. Bonnie started working in dental in 1982 as a dental assistant and later moved to office manager. Bonnie enjoys being around people, and this is reflected in her communication with patients and her love for teaching tai chi.

Deborah is originally from St. Anthony, Newfoundland. She moved to Alberta as a child with her family. Deborah eventually moved to Vancouver, B.C., to participate in the Vancouver Community College Dental Hygiene program, a highly sought-after dental hygiene program in Canada. She has her advanced dental hygiene diploma with honors, as well as the ability to administer local anesthetic. She also graduated as class president. Deborah has been in the dental industry for about 15 years, having previously been a dental assistant before doing dental hygiene. Deborah’s entire life has been dedicated to the dental world, which is reflected in her work and patient feedback. When Deborah is not at the office, she is spending time with family. You may pass by her on the quad trails with her little one and the pups in the front basket!
